Thank you for the excerpt from Alan Watts. I had completely forgotten about it. It's a great way of looking at life. Thank you Kevin for revealing some very personal things. That is as rare as it is valuable.
Thanks for doing this AMA. Many questions around parenting, family, and work/life balance. Seems like some opportunities must exist in this space for out-of-the-box guidance for parents... not just the typical textbook psychology 101 stuff. Combining bits of advice (like doing something one day a month that pushes you outside your comfort zone) but make it more interactive with your kids/family?
Another superb episode Kevin. The level on honesty and openness in discussing all these topics is awesome and very much appreciated. Thanks for answering my question on pimping NFT's - a lot of respect for that.
Kevin, you mentioned you are aiming for 150g protein per day, with 25 grams per setting, and 15g protein bars.
How does that add up to 150? Do you have 5 meals + in between bars?
Doing some mini meals for sure. I've also upped each meal to around 30-35.
Is the Alan watts excerpt on YouTube?

Kevin you mentioned tech fading into the background with AI
Any thoughts on Humane Pin? are they too small to succeed?
